- In a bowl, add all the ingredients. Mix well.
- Use a small ice cream scoop to spoon an even amount of dough. Roll it into balls (using your hands), making sure all the ingredients are stuck together.
- Keep in the refrigerator for 3 to 5 days and enjoy!
Tips:
You can also add 1 tablespoon ground hemp seeds or flaxseed to optimize and increase the amount of protein in our energy balls.
If you’d like other flavour combinations, you can also add: coconut shavings, lemon zest, super food powder, nut butter, etc.
